1. About Off The Gridd
This online store, offthegridd.uk, is operated as Off The Gridd. We sell framed wall-art prints and personalised prints to customers in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at jake@veyraprivate.com or via our contact page.
2. Products and orders
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Standard framed posters are A4 with a black frame unless a listing states otherwise. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil your order and arrange an appropriate refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total order amount, including available shipping options and charges, is displayed at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering.
4. Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £2.99, estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. Express delivery, when available, is £5.99, estimated at 1–2 working days after dispatch. Standard delivery is free on qualifying orders of £50 or more. 5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, you generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, with a further 14 days to return them after notifying us. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain covered by your statutory rights. 6. Personalised artwork
If you send us a photo, image or other content for a custom print, you confirm that you have the rights or permission needed for us to reproduce it. We may decline unlawful or potentially infringing submissions. If a submitted file is unsuitable for printing, we may contact you to discuss the available options.
7. Website content
Content on the website, including original product imagery, text and Off The Gridd branding, must not be copied or reused commercially without the relevant permission, except where permitted by law. The rights of third-party owners remain unaffected.
8. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for details about how personal information is handled. Our store and checkout are powered by Shopify.
9. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights to remedies if goods are faulty or not as described. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
